Emergency service. For emergencies outside normal working hours, we provide our customers with the LTW emergency service.

24-hour service. Upon request, we can arrange a 24-hour service hotline – 365 days a year.

Maintenance. After expiration of the guarantee period, we offer our customers maintenance contracts with specified maintenance intervals.

Training. Modern automated high bay warehousing systems require little people movement. However, the smooth operation of the system is dependent on people. For this reason, we will equip your people with the required know-how. At the choice of the customer, training can take place on the customer's premises or in the training rooms at our head office in Wolfurt.
